Brothers and Sisters,

We are working to take back your control of your Pension and Benefits Funds. On March 2nd we will see Bob Provencher in court as he refuses to give back your Local’s rightful control over their Pension and Benefits.

These Funds were created to be RUN BY UBC LOCALS AND MEMBERS – FOR UBC LOCALS AND MEMBERS.
Remember this is YOUR money. But Bob Provencher has cut you and your Locals out of the picture.

We trust our Local Unions and members with their own money – Why doesn’t Bob Provencher?

Because Bob Provencher and his friends want to pull the wool over your eyes. They are now using the Funds' money to pay themselves! They alone decide how much to pay themselves. They alone appoint themselves. All the while claiming benefit cards are too expensive for Alberta members!

This is your future, your pension, your benefits, your union!

Together we must TAKE BACK CONTROL!
